My cat puddy died two days ago(on Saturday) My parents didn't tell me until yesterday because they have some weird conspiracy theory about stuff. He was about 17 years old and he died of a stroke. He was gray and striped and was always friendly to everybody. He sometimes would beg food from the neighbors just for the sake of eating and would sneak into their houses when we weren't around to give him attention(we have received many a funny picture of puddy curled up on some strange person's couch). He always tracked us down and begged for attention whenever we would sit on the couch to watch TV or play a game or something like that. In his final weeks we discovered that he had Diabetes and we had to give him daily shots of insulin and special food. Even in those final weeks, he would be found in the backyard with our three Newfoundlands, chomping away at their food or running side by side with them. Even they seem to have realized that puddy has gone from this earth. He got along pretty good with my other cat, Hobbes and would usually try to be friendly with her, even though she was somewhat shy. Our neighbors loved puddy and so did our pets. He will be missed by all who notice his daily visit begging for food(though he was really fat before he got sick) is missing. I will miss him and I believe that he will go to heaven. He deserves a place with god.

I loved him too. He was a lovable cat. At least he is at a better place now and his pain is ended.
